When reservations are made for multiple dogs, it blocks off Tub #5. This tub has a gate where one dog can wait while the other gets a bath. If there are open tubs/dry rooms with no reservations, then there may be available space to use a second tub and/or drying room.
Walk ins are always welcome, but reservations do help limit the number of pups in the building at once.
There is no cost to reserve a tub.
We try to limit time to 45 minutes per dog. There is an option to add more time. Most customers are in and out in less than 30 minutes.
This allows more customers to use our facilities.
Last wash is 30 minutes before close, and we ask that all services are completed by close of business.
