• Do I need to reserve a tub?

    Reservations are strongly encouraged. They help us spread everyone out throughout the day. There is no cost to reserve a tub.

    Appointments are required for any drop off service.

    We do ask that all services are completed by close of business.

  • How many tubs do you have?

    5 raised tubs and 1 extra-large/senior floor shower area for pups that are more comfortable on the ground. We use steps and ramps to help get pups in the tubs and we will always give an extra hand in getting them in the tubs if needed.

  • Do you trim my dogs nails?

    Yes! We do offer this a few days a week. When booking a wash, there will be an option for nail trims. That will show the days available for nail trims. We try to get them as short as they allow us. If your pup needs a muzzle or more than 2 people to get the job done, then we recommend visiting a fear free vet.

  • What do you provide?

    All you have to do is bring your pup! We provide aprons, soaps/conditioners, towels, many grooming tools, and the use of a high velocity dryer if you choose. If you like using your own tools/shampoos, feel free to bring them:)

  • Can I fully groom my dog at your facility?

    Yes! If you think you’ll need more than the booked time, you can book extra hours at $20/hour

  • Allergies and Dog Hair

    We are an open dog wash. This means it is a shared facility. While we do pride ourselves on being one of the cleanest dog washes around, there is a high likelihood of flying dog hair in the building when there are dogs getting blow dried. You are welcome to ask for a mask if needed.

  • Do you have full grooming services available?

    Yes! Check out the grooming Section of our site! At the moment any grooming days we have will take place on weekdays.

  • Do we need to sign a waiver?

  • I have a very nervous dog. Can I still bring them?

    Definitely! The Dog Wash will be very new to them. We recommend bringing them treats as they acclimate to the new environment. We also recommend that you forgo the Dryers the 1st time as they are louder than a human hair dryer.

  • My dog does not enjoy being around other dogs. Can I come?

    Yes! Just message us on Facebook or Instagram. We will be more than happy to schedule a day for you to come before or after hours, so your pup is the only one at the Dog Wash.

  • I have more than 1 dog. How does that work?

    If you have more than one dog, make sure to reserve a tub. When customers reserve for more than one dog, it holds our Tub 5 for you. Tub 5 has a gate that one dog can wait while one gets washed.

  • Does my dog need to be on a leash?

    Yes, anytime a dog is not in the tub, we do ask that they stay secured to their owners. Bath time can be stressful for some dogs, while others may want to play. We try our best to only have one dog walking by at a time to avoid any greetings. Make sure to keep a hand on your pups in the tub as dogs walk by.
