We are 100% cage/kennel free. With out kennels we do ask that you are able to pick up your pup within 30 min of completion, unless previously agreed upon. We do not allow dogs to mix out of an abundance of caution.

When you arrive for drop off you will meet your groomer and go over your services and any possible special requests. We will call you about 15 min before completion, so you are able to head back over for pick up.

Many Groomers are no longer accepting clients that come in with matted pups due to the risks involved. We still do at this time because our goal is to help the pup be more comfortable. However, there will be added costs of $10-$50 if your pup does come in matted/pelted depending on severity and the hair cut will be shorter. A good rule of thumb - If a metal comb is not able to get through their hair from the skin, then a groomers clipper with longer attachments will not be able to either. At time of check in there will be a release form for all the risks involved when grooming a matted pup. Ear Hematomas, skin sores, skin irritation, and cuts are the most common issues we see.

We will always attempt to cut and dremel nails. There are times when we are unable to perform this task for the safety of our staff and your pet. If more than 2 people are needed to attempt this service, then we do recommend visiting a Fear Free* vet on completing this task.

For Transparency - Teeth brushing once every 4-8 weeks will not make an impact on your pet’s dental hygiene. Brushing a few times a week at home and visiting your vet for dental cleanings is the best way to help keep your pups breath fresh and tarter down.
