Professional Grooming Services

We do not use Kennel Dryers. With out kennels we do ask that you are able to pick up your pup within 30 min of completion, unless previously agreed upon. We do not allow dogs to mix out of an abundance of caution.

When you arrive for drop off you will meet your groomer and go over your services and any possible special requests. We will call you about 15 min before completion, so you are able to head back over for pick up.

We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.

Drop-Off Services / Grooming:
While we understand that things happen, our groomers are commission-based and rely on clients honoring their scheduled appointment times. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled grooming drop-off appointment may be subject to a late fee and may be required to reschedule, depending on the day’s availability.

Deposit Requirement:
To better protect our schedule, a $25 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for all new customers, as well as for clients who have not been groomed on a reoccurring schedule. This deposit is required to secure your appointment and will not be refunded or transferred if the appointment is rescheduled or canceled.

No Call / No Show for Drop-Off Grooming Services:
Clients who miss an appointment without notice may no longer be eligible to book future grooming services with us.

Many grooming salons no longer accept dogs with severely matted coats due to the risks involved. At this time, we will continue to accept these cases because our priority is your pup’s comfort and well-being.

However, dogs arriving with matted or pelted coats will incur an additional fee of $10–$50, depending on the severity. Please note that in these situations, the groom will require a shorter haircut to safely remove the matting.

A helpful rule of thumb:
If a metal comb cannot pass through your dog’s coat down to the skin, a longer clipper attachment will not be able to either.

Due to the condition of matted coats, there are increased risks during grooming, including but not limited to skin irritation, sores, cuts, and ear hematomas. For this reason, a release form must be signed at check-in acknowledging these risks before services can be performed.

We will always attempt to cut and dremel nails. There are times when we are unable to perform this task for the safety of our staff and your pet. If more than 2 people are needed to attempt this service, then we do recommend visiting a Fear Free* vet on completing this task.

For Transparency - Teeth brushing once every 4-8 weeks will not make an impact on your pet’s dental hygiene. Brushing a few times a week at home and visiting your vet for dental cleanings is the best way to help keep your pups breath fresh and tarter down.
